In order to achieve this we require the following: Upon moving in the tenant will be given the opportunity to fill in a property condition report. Any deficiences if any on the report will be the reponsiblity of the owner if necessary. Any subsequent needed repairs will be the responisbility of the tenent including appliances through the life of the lease. The property will given to the tenant in good condition.
